Zuma Sushi Chef at Zuma Restaurants is seeking an experienced professional to prepare high-quality sushi and sashimi in a fast-paced kitchen. You will work closely with the kitchen team to uphold Zuma's standards and deliver an exceptional dining experience to guests.

Ideal candidates will have proficiency in knife skills, seafood handling, and sushi preparation techniques, with a collaborative mindset and flexibility to work evenings and weekends in a global brand setting.

Formación

• Proficiency in sushi preparation techniques, including knife skills and seafood handling.
• Experience as a Sushi Cook/Chef in a high-volume restaurant environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong collaborative mindset with a large team.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare sushi and sashimi dishes according to established recipes and plating standards
• Handle and portion seafood, including slicing, filleting, and cutting fish for sushi and sashimi
• Ensure the freshness, quality, and proper storage of all seafood and ingredients used in sushi preparation
• Follow recipes and plating guidelines to ensure consistency and accuracy in sushi preparation
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sushi station, including equipment, tools, and work surfaces
