The Eaton team in Mexico is seeking a Supply Planning Lead to drive master scheduling, SIOP, and execution across the Power Delivery and Regulation Division. You will lead capacity planning, ATP concepts, and ensure alignment between customer needs and manufacturing constraints to maximize on-time delivery.

You will partner with Product Lines, engineering, order management, and operations to optimize supply plans, lead times, and capacity utilization, while maintaining robust planning processes

Formación

• 5 years' experience in Operations or Supply Chain functions; at least 2 years in a plant.
• 3 years’ experience with materials planning, shop floor/machine Scheduling, or Capacity planning.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and manage master scheduling strategy to optimize product line fulfillment.
• Lead SIOP/Demand & Supply Planning and integration to balance demand and supply constraints.
• Publish benchmark customer lead times by product line/family/SKU and ensure on-time delivery.
