Eaton Corporation in Querétaro, Mexico seeks a Supply Planning Lead within the Power Delivery and Regulation Division to drive master scheduling, SIOP, and capacity planning. You will partner with Product, Operations, and Inside Sales to balance customer needs with manufacturing constraints and maximize on-time delivery.
Responsibilities include ATP logic, RCCP meetings, intercompany coordination, and leading a planning team to deliver a robust supply plan that aligns with business objectives
This position will be an integral member of Power Delivery and Regulation Division (PDRD) Supply Chain Team, with responsibilities aimed at the development of exceptional Customer delivery through accurate schedule. The Supply Planning Lead will manage the Master Scheduling process strategy; support the Supply team in Quoted Lead time, Order Scheduling, Order Promising and overall fulfillment strategy. Lead SIOP/Demand & Supply Planning & Integretion ( steps at LIPE) you will use proven leadership and change management skills to understand the overall Demand objectives and Supply Constraints and convert into an optimal SKU or Proxy level forecast unit and dollar forecast. You will manage processes related to capacity and service level forecasting (volume and mix), Available to Promise (ATP) logic, and capacity/constraint management. The Primary function of this role is to properly Schedule all assigned Product Line(s); Lead the supply planning team in balancing customer needs with manufacturing/supply chain constraints in order to maximize On-Time Delivery. Lead the RCCP Meeting with Qro Team, Adding the Intercompany request ( be the Contact person for all externals needs at Intercompany demand).This position will Lead working relationships with Product Line Management, Inside Sales Reps., and Operations; as well as Engineering, Order Management, Distribution channels , Qro Material Leaders and Operations Managers.
