Eaton Group in Mexico is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Leader to drive production schedule adherence, quality, cost control, and employee safety. You will coordinate with multiple functions to meet customer requirements while leveraging Eaton Business System tools to deliver on strategic goals.

The role requires 7-10 years of manufacturing leadership experience, a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Administration, and fluent English.

Formación

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Administration is required.
7-10 years of experience in manufacturing/operations roles is required.
Fluent in English and able to manage cross-functional teams.
Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement is essential.

Responsabilidades

Lead all manufacturing activities to meet customer requirements and production goals.
Assess performance indicators and take actions to meet schedule, cost, and quality goals.
Ensure documentation and system transactions meet reporting requirements.
Provide leadership to develop and deploy Eaton Business System tools.
Drive improvements in quality, productivity, and delivery performance.
Support new product introductions and ensure on-time manufacturing delivery.
