Eaton Corporation in Querétaro, Mexico seeks a Supply Planning Lead within the Power Delivery and Regulation Division to drive master scheduling, SIOP, and capacity planning. You will partner with Product, Operations, and Inside Sales to balance customer needs with manufacturing constraints and maximize on-time delivery.

Responsibilities include ATP logic, RCCP meetings, intercompany coordination, and leading a planning team to deliver a robust supply plan that aligns with business objectives

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, SCM, business, or marketing.
• 5 years experience in Operations or Supply Chain; at least 2 years in a plant.
• 3 years experience with materials planning, shop floor scheduling, or capacity planning.

Responsabilidades

• Lead master scheduling to balance customer needs with manufacturing constraints.
• Drive SIOP and demand planning processes across the supply chain.
• Coordinate capacity planning, ATP logic, and RCCP meetings to optimize delivery.
