Arrow Electronics in Mexico is seeking a Supply Planner to manage end-to-end planning for assigned customer accounts, aligning demand, supply, inventory, and risk to meet commitments. The role covers demand inputs, replenishment planning, material monitoring, and inventory strategies in a hybrid work setup.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, leverage Oracle, EBS, Demantra, and Jira, and apply advanced data analysis using MS Excel and Power BI.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Supply Planning, Strategy Planning or related roles.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle, EBS, Demantra, Sales workbench, Jira or similar tools.
• Solid background in Inventory strategy execution, safety stock optimization, and replenishment modeling.
• Stakeholder management, supplier coordination and customer facing communication.
• Advanced Data analysis and modeling, MS Excel(Power Query, Pivot tables), and Power BI.

Responsabilidades

• Manage Demand Inputs: Oversee customer forecasts and planning inputs to ensure accurate demand signals and overall system integrity.
• Supply & Replenishment Planning: Convert demand requirements into actionable supply, replenishment, and execution plans.
• Material & Risk Monitoring: Continuously monitor material availability, lead times, shortages, and supplier constraints to prevent fulfillment delays.
• Inventory Strategy: Develop and maintain inventory, safety stock, and buffer strategies that balance customer service levels, cost, and operational risk.
• Risk Resolution: Proactively identify, communicate, and drive the resolution of supply chain bottlenecks and execution gaps
