Fluent English and strong people-management skills are essential for supervising a non-exempt team. The position requires warehouse experience, proficiency with MS Office, and the ability to monitor metrics while working with facility management on complex issues.

Principal Accountabilities

Shift 2: 2:00 - 9:15 (Monday - Saturday)

*This position required conversational English skills

Responsible for the day-to-day functions of Logistics or Value Add department(s), ensuring goals are met or exceeded.

Supervise day to day operation of a single department (receiving, storing, picking, shipping, special handling) within the distribution/value add center consisting of non-exempt tactical personnel.

With specific direction from management and HR, participates in staffing, terminations, disciplinary counseling, performance management and development in conjunction with facility management. Typically will need to elevate complex issues.

Report and track department metrics, responding to internal customer inquiries. May need to elevate or work in conjunction with facility management to resolve complex issues.

Other duties as assigned.

Job Complexity

Coordinates and supervises the daily activities of business or technical support or production team

Sets priorities for the team to ensure task completion

Receives guidance and oversight from manager

Typically does not spend more than 20% of time performing the work supervised

Accountable for the results of small-sized routine support or production operations teams

Solves problems based on set policies and procedures

Trains team members and provides input to employee performance evaluations

What We're Looking For

Excellent verbal and written communication; must be fluent in English.

Previous experience as a people manager, really important ability to manage teams and soft skills involving to be a manager

Previous experience in a Warehouse environment .

Proficient with Microsoft Office products, such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.

WMS system desirable
