PepsiCo LATAM seeks an analyst to support direct profit planning, reporting, and cost model consolidation across South Cone. You will deliver cost analysis, track actuals, and forecast regional costs to enable informed business decisions.

The role requires strong Excel/PowerPoint, P&L understanding, and cross-functional collaboration with finance and operations across LATAM. Bilingual Spanish/English preferred. Mexico City area with growth opportunities.

Formación

  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills for finance analysis.

  • Deliver cost analysis and forecasting for LATAM GBS.

  • Maintain SLA alignment and cost productivity validation.
  • Analyze actuals, identify risks and opportunities.
  • Partner with cost leadership to drive improvements.

Responsibilities
The Opportunity

LATAM GBS Co-Man and Cost Model Consolidation Analyst will play a key role in the LATAM’s direct profit planning, reporting and control. This role is responsible for providing a cost world class Global Business Service (GBS) for South Cone countries. Responsible of elaborating cost analysis, actuals understanding and forecasting across the region with special focus on cost modeling and the consolidation of cost model. Interact with OUs commercial finance, deliver accurate information to lead decision making process and ensure cost Service Level Agreements (SLAs) fulfillment.

Your Impact

As SC Fin Analyst your responsibilities would consist of…

  • Deliver and excellent service to GBS Finance clients according to SLA’s responsible of cost and model consolidation.
  • Support OU commercial finance in the construction of LATAM cost understanding main drivers and providing accurate and timely information to support decision making process.
  • Quickly develop an understanding of different OU financial objectives and commercial plans to effectively play a key role as a business partner.
  • Be fully conversant with new initiatives, continuous improvement and modern thinking in all matters relating to Co-man cost to advise the GBS Cost Leader.
  • Align with Supply Chain Finance and Operations cost and update cost models.
  • Elaborate with control actuals analysis, identify risk and opportunities.
  • Generate cost productivity validation and ensure alignment between productivity and cost planning models to guarantee P&L productivity flow.
Qualifications

  • Education: Finance, Economics, Engineering, Administration
  • Computer literate – Advanced Excel, Power Point
  • Language: Spanish / English
  • Understanding of a P&L and its drivers
  • Blend of control and planning finance
  • Ability to understand financial models and scenarios
  • Strategic Thinking and Planning skills
  • Skilled at collaborating across cross-functional teams and with a multicultural experience
