PepsiCo in Mexico City is seeking a Payroll Analyst to manage the ordinary and special payroll for the CamNorth BU in compliance with policies and government laws. You will support closing, budgeting for main accounts, and ensure SOx and GCS controls, while coordinating international assignments to minimize financial impact. Strong knowledge of payroll processes and SAP is required.

Formación

• Bachelor in Accounting, Administration, Economics is required.
• Payroll tax knowledge is required.
• Intermediate English is required.
• Advanced Portuguese is required.
• Advanced Microsoft Office (Office package) skills.
• 3 years of experience as Payroll Supervisor is desirable.
• SAP knowledge is preferable.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and guarantee the accounting closure to ensure the recording of expenses for financial statements.
• Generate and analyze the Budget (AOP / FCST) for main accounts to control expenses.
• Supervise and ensure compliance with SOx and GCS controls and procedures.
• Manage and follow up on collection of services for employees with international assignments to reduce impacts.
• Apply changes and follow up of tax, labor or legal reforms to avoid impacts.
• Perform Monthly Balance Sheet Review (BSR).
• Promote and supervise team participation and contribute to payroll process improvements.
• Ensure compliance of SOx and GCS controls and audits through payroll accounting data.

Responsibilities

The Opportunity

Execute and register the ordinary and special payroll of all the CamNorth BU's according to the policies, procedures, GCS controls and government laws for the timely registration, validation and delivery of information for decision-making in the accounting processes..

Your Impact

As Payroll Analyst your responsibilities would consist of …

• Coordinate and guarantee the accounting closure to guarantee the accounting record of expenses for financial statements
• Generate and analyze the Budget (AOP / FCST) for main accounts to control expenses
• Supervise and ensure the compliance with SOx and GCS controls and procedures
• Manage and follow up of the collection of services for employees with international assignment in order to reduce impacts for the company
• Apply changes and follow up of tax , labor or legal reforms in order to avoid impacts for the company
• Do the Monthly Balance Sheet Review (BSR) presentation
• Promote and supervising team participation and activily participate in projects and initiatives that allow the improvement and efficiency of payroll processes.
• Ensure the compliance of controls SOx and GCS and audits requirements through the delivery of information generated during payroll accounting process execution

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Accounting, Administration, Economics.
• Payroll tax knowledge
• Intermediate english
• Advanced Portugues
• Advanced office package
• 3 years of experience as Payroll Supervisor (Desirable)
• SAP knowledge (preferably)
