PepsiCo is seeking a Payroll Services Analyst to centralize US portfolio services for payroll catalogue, ensuring accurate inputs and timely delivery. You will document and validate data, support audit readiness, and develop automation or training solutions to improve service quality.

Ideal candidates hold a relevant bachelor’s degree and have experience in payroll or finance processes, with strong English communication and MS Office proficiency.

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• Experience in payroll, accounting or finance processes desirable.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer focused, adaptable with strong follow-up and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze, document, and execute payroll services for PepsiCo Beverages: receive payroll inputs and validate fulfilment of requirements.
• Capture information in payroll systems.
• Ensure payroll meets operation controls by comparing data sources to confirm matching values per pay rules, policies and regulations.
• Develop solutions (automation, training, resources or materials) to improve customer service.
• Understand service delivery requirements to guarantee Service Level Agreements.
• Conciliate and document process deliverables for audit preparation.

The Opportunity

The main purpose of the role is to centralize US portfolio services for payroll catalogue leveraging Standard Model of Incidences Consolidation Process ensuring service delivery and SLA fulfilment as well as implementing initiatives that raise standards, efficiency and effectiveness.

Your Impact

• Analyze, Document, execute payroll services for PepsiCo Beverages: Receive payroll inputs and validate fulfilment of requirements
• Capture information in payroll systems.
• Ensure payroll meets operation controls by comparing sources of data to confirm matching values according to pay rules, policies & regulations.
• Develop solutions (automation, training, resources or materials) that provides better customer service.

Who Are We Looking For?

• Bachelor’s Degree in in Industrial Engineer, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or Related Field
• Experience in payroll, accounting or finance processes (desirable)
• Proficient in full suite of Microsoft Suite of products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Strong English oral and written communication skills
• Customer focused, adaptable, strong follow up and organizational skills
