PepsiCo Inc. in Mexico City seeks a motivated Project Coordination professional to monitor payroll and social security initiatives, coordinate with business partners, and design AOP/FCST reporting.

The role emphasizes automation, KPI tracking, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in project coordination, strong English, and experience with Agile methods and data tools like Power BI, Python, and SAP.

Formación

  • Bachelors in Economics or Management required or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination and implementation.
  • Familiar with project methodologies such as Lean/Six Sigma, Scrum, PMO and Agile; certification is a plus.
  • Excellent command of English and proficient use of office software.
  • Proficiency in Visio and MS Project is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with Python, Power BI, Power Apps and SAP is desirable.

  • Prepare regular project metrics and status updates for executives.
  • Monitor AOP, investments, and project benefits; report to management.

The Opportunity

Monitor and coordinate payroll and social security initiatives/projects by getting involved & working with key business partners in order to achieve successful results within a given project schedule, support the knowledge transfer & internal projects development by designing and implementing best practices. Design / implement, monitor and report Payroll & SS AOP and FCST to stakeholders

  • Support process optimization through small-to-medium automations
  • Support the planning, execution and closing of projects; Set the automation and productivity agenda
  • Closely monitor project progress and ensure timely completion
  • Support the risks identification that impact a project and the risk response plan for the resolution.
  • Support the communication of status and issues to stakeholders in a timely manner
  • Prepare and report project status on regular basis, including metrics needed for various stakeholders
  • Monitoring of the AOP, Investment, and Project Benefits
  • Design / implement, monitor and report Payroll & SS AOP and FCST to Management
  • Ensure compliance with monthly KPIs that allow for risk identification and business decision-making
Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

  • Bachelors in Economics or Management
  • 2 years of experience in project coordination and implementation
  • Knowledge in project methodologies (L6S, Scrum, PMO, Agile). Certification desirable.
  • Advance English
  • Advance office suit including Visio, Project
  • Python, PBI, Power Apps, SAP (preferably)
