PepsiCo is seeking a skilled professional in Mexico City to design and evaluate end-to-end supply chain networks, shaping profitability, service, sustainability, and long-term growth across manufacturing, distribution, warehousing, sourcing, and transportation.

You will translate business questions into analytical models using tools like Supply Chain Guru, Lyric, and Tableau, collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor peers, and contribute to global network design initiatives.

Formación

  • 3 - 5 years of experience in supply chain network design, optimization, modeling, or advanced supply chain analytics.
  • Experience with network design and optimization platforms such as Supply Chain Guru, Coupa SCG, Lyric, Llamasoft, JDA.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Strong ability to translate business questions into analytical models.
  • Experience with large datasets and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
  • Experience with Tableau, Power BI, and Microsoft Office.
  • SQL, Python, R are a plus.

Responsabilidades

  • Build, maintain, and enhance network optimization models to evaluate strategic supply chain scenarios and business opportunities.
  • Translate complex business challenges into analytical and optimization frameworks using tools such as Supply Chain Guru, Coupa SCG, or Lyric.
  • Analyze large and complex datasets to identify opportunities for cost reduction, service improvement, capacity optimization, and network transformation.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to gather business requirements and ensure alignment of recommendations with organizational objectives.
  • Develop innovative modeling approaches and continuously improve network design processes and methodologies.
  • Evaluate model outputs, perform scenario analysis, and present actionable recommendations to business leaders.
  • Support capability development by documenting methodologies, sharing best practices, and mentoring team members.

The Opportunity

Join a global team shaping the future of supply chain strategy through advanced network optimization and analytics. In this role, you will design and evaluate end-to-end supply chain networks that support some of the world's most recognized brands, helping drive profitability, service excellence, sustainability, and long-term growth.

As a key contributor to global network design initiatives, you will leverage advanced optimization tools and data-driven methodologies to solve complex business challenges across manufacturing, distribution, warehousing, sourcing, and transportation. Your insights will directly influence strategic decisions that impact operations on a global scale.

Your Impact

  • Build, maintain, and enhance network optimization models to evaluate strategic supply chain scenarios and business opportunities.

Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

  • Fluent in English (oral and written)
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in supply chain network design, optimization, modeling, or advanced supply chain analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with network design and optimization platforms such as Supply Chain Guru, Coupa Supply Chain Guru, Lyric, Llamasoft, JDA, or similar solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Supply Chain, Analytics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Strong ability to translate business questions into analytical and optimization models.
  • Experience working with large datasets and performing complex data analysis.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Experience with Tableau, Power BI, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • SQL, Python, R, or other data analytics tools are considered a plus.
