Drive People Support Services Transformation strategies by optimizing and centralizing support services, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, company policies, and end-to-end operational processes. Deliver added value through efficiency improvements and service excellence.
Your Impact
1. Project Coordination & Governance: Coordinate projects, sessions, and governance standards to ensure alignment and deliverables.
2. Strategic Planning & Communication: Track strategic plans and communicate project status effectively across all levels.
3. Change Management: Support stakeholder engagement, communications, impact assessments, and training for change initiatives.
4. Business Analysis & Process Improvement: Document current processes, define future state, and identify improvement opportunities.
5. Technology Enablement: Assist in implementing technology enhancements aligned with project plans.
