Mondelēz International is seeking a Manager, Supply Chain Excellence for the Puebla Plant to lead end-to-end operational excellence and TPM deployment, driving Lean and Six Sigma initiatives for reliable, cost-efficient manufacturing.

You will coach cross-functional teams, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure safety, quality, and performance targets are met to strengthen the site’s competitive position.

Formación

• Significant experience in leading manufacturing performance in a fast moving manufacturing environment (FMCG) with strong results.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end Operational Excellence strategy for the Puebla Plant.
• Drive TPM deployment and sustainability, focusing on maintenance and reliability.
• Coach and develop multi-functional teams to improve safety, quality, cost, delivery, and sustainability.
• Interface with stakeholders to align priorities with company objectives.
