The QualiFind Group seeks an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize end-to-end operations at our Matehuala manufacturing facility. This role ensures material availability, drives operational efficiency, and supports growth in a high-mix, low-to-medium volume environment.

Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will lead planning, purchasing, inventory control, and materials management, oversee four direct reports, and partner with operations, quality, and engineering to achieve

Formación

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

Responsabilidades

  • Lead site-level supply chain functions including purchasing, material planning, inventory control and logistics.
  • Manage a team of four direct reports: Planning Manager, Purchasing Manager, Inventory Control Manager, and support cross-functional initiatives.
  • Ensure on-time delivery to customers through effective planning and coordination; align scheduling and capacity with production demand.
  • Drive inventory optimization, supplier performance, and cost-saving initiatives; implement material flow strategies across SMT, molding, stamping, and final assembly.
  • Lead Lean initiatives, implement pull systems and Kanban, and promote Demand-Driven MRP where applicable.
  • Prepare and deliver data-driven executive updates and recommendations to leadership.

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations at our Matehuala manufacturing facility. This role is critical in ensuring material availability, driving operational efficiency, and supporting the plant’s growth within a high-mix, low-to-medium volume production environment.

The Supply Chain Manager will report directly to the Plant Manager and lead a cross-functional team responsible for planning, purchasing, inventory control, and materials management.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
Supply Chain Leadership
  • Lead all site-level supply chain functions, including:
  • Purchasing (execution, not strategic sourcing)
  • Material planning
  • Inventory control
  • Oversee and develop a team of four direct reports:
  • Planning Manager
  • Purchasing Manager
  • Inventory Control Manager
Operational Execution
  • Ensure on-time delivery to customers through effective planning and coordination.
  • Manage factory scheduling and capacity planning aligned with production demands.
  • Drive inventory optimization, including reduction initiatives and accuracy improvements.
  • Implement and maintain robust material flow strategies across SMT, molding, stamping, and final assembly operations.
Process Improvement & Lean Initiatives
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean principles.
  • Implement and sustain pull systems and Kanban methodologies.
  • Drive adoption of Demand-Driven MRP (DDMRP) where applicable.
  • Upgrade team capabilities through training, standardization, and process improvements.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
  • Manage supplier performance at the plant level (delivery, quality, cost).
  • Collaborate with global procurement teams (who own sourcing contracts).
  • Partner cross-functionally with operations, quality, and engineering teams.

Executive Communication
  • Prepare and deliver regular executive presentations.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to leadership.
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience of 10-15+ years in Supply Chain Management (preferably Automotive or Electronics sector).
  • Proven leadership experience in manufacturing environments
  • Professional English proficiency
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
Preferred
  • Experience in high-mix, low-to-medium volume manufacturing
