Mondelez Mexico is seeking a seasoned leader to head the Plant Operational Excellence agenda at the Puebla facility. You will drive TPM deployment, coach cross-functional teams, and embed continuous improvement across safety, quality and productivity.

Formación

• Proven experience leading Operational Excellence programs (TPM/IWS/WCM) in manufacturing.
• End-to-end TPM knowledge beyond isolated tools.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and coaching.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and change management skills.
• Experience in FMCG environment preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute the plant's end-to-end OpEx strategy.
• Drive TPM across pillars and ensure best practices.
• Identify opportunities to improve performance and reduce losses.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Maintenance, Quality to embed improvements.
• Lead and develop the OpEx team with clear priorities.
