Flextronics - The Flex Company seeks a Global Operational Excellence Sr Manager in Guadalajara South. You will drive lean/six sigma initiatives, standardize KOIs, and deploy continuous improvement across sites, acting as a change agent to reduce waste and cost.

You’ll coach teams, lead Kaizen workshops, and ensure alignment with Flex Lean Enterprise values while pushing strategic initiatives and CIMT opportunities.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Lean and/or Six Sigma Black Belt preferred.
• Ability to guide direct projects based on business initiatives and customer needs.
• Masters the strategic impact across sites and drives major initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Lean and Six Sigma projects to reduce waste and variation.
• Standardize KOIs and implement policies across Flex sites.
• Co-guide Lean Deployment and accelerate continuous improvement culture.
