Abbott in Mexico's Querétaro manufacturing site seeks an operational excellence professional to drive Lean, Six Sigma and continuous improvement initiatives aligned with site goals, improving revenue, capacity, cycle time and customer satisfaction.

You will apply DMAIC, 5S and change management, lead cross-functional projects, and support KPIs and MOR/MOS reporting. A bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in operations excellence are preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, administration, or similar careers.
• +5 Years of experience in operational excellence or Lean concepts.
• Knowledge of standard regulations applicable to medical industry (ISO, FDA); GMPs preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate space utilization and site layout improvements.
• Maintain direct labor planning and standards with finance and operations teams.
• Lead tactical process-improvement projects aligned with site goals and objectives.
• Evaluate processes to yield higher productivity and efficiency for growth.
• Lead projects using Lean, Six Sigma, CI, OpEx, or related tools.
• Support 5S activities in manufacturing and/or support areas.
