Mondelēz International's San Luis Potosí plant is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor/Manager to lead a high‑volume manufacturing line, ensuring safety, quality, cost and delivery targets are met, while developing a capable team and driving TPM practices.

You will manage a ~100 person workforce across rotating shifts, coordinate line starts and format changes, and mentor team members to sustain continuous improvement, with SAP inventory control and strong problem‑solving skills.

Formación

• Engineering degree in Industrial, Food, Chemical or related field.
• 4–5 years of supervision experience on a manufacturing floor.
• Experience leading large teams (>50 people).
• SAP inventory modules experience.
• Knowledge of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance).
• Knowledge of production metrics: OEE, efficiency, scrap, downtime.
• Willing to rotate shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and ensure production plan is met on time and in full.
• Identify and implement improvements to improve the production plan.
• Coordinate line start-ups, format changes and planned stops.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety and food safety standards.
• Lead and develop a team of ~100 employees.
• Oversee payroll matters: overtime, vacations, leaves.
• Manage SAP inventory control and movements.
• Apply TPM on production lines.
• Promote continuous improvement and problem solving.
