Mondelēz International is seeking a skilled Maintenance Lead for our Veracruz manufacturing operation. You will own technology and process settings for critical equipment, lead a diverse team of technicians, and drive Progressive Maintenance and KPI improvement across shifts.

You will partner with Asset and Reliability teams, manage spares localization and cost reductions, and train PM-related subjects for the plant while supporting continuous improvement initiatives with the VSU group.

Formación

• Advanced knowledge of Autonomous Maintenance (AM) Step 4 and Progressive Maintenance (PM) Step 3.
• Ability to lead the Line, coach SWP owners and drive PDCA improvements across the line.
• Develop and align goals, manage IDP for team members and mentor performance.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with line leaders to achieve SQCDSM targets (Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Sustainability, Morale).
• Own technology and process settings for equipment and centerlines.
• Develop, own and execute preventive and time-based maintenance plans.
