Job summary

Veritiv Corporation in Mexico (Tijuana) seeks an Accounts Receivable Supervisor to lead the AR and Collections team, ensuring timely invoicing and dispute resolution while coordinating with shared services.

You will manage a team of up to 10+ staff, collaborate with Procurement, Treasury, Tax, and Finance, and work with ERP systems. Bilingual Spanish/English is required for effective communication across functions and with vendors.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Experience in accounts receivable and collections processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily AR and collections operations.
• Manage a team of up to 10+ clerks, analysts, and team leads.
• Oversee invoice processing, issue resolution, vendor support, vendor master, and disbursements.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Treasury, Tax, Finance, IT Internal Audit and business stakeholders.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.

The Accounts Receivable Supervisor is accountable for leading and supervising the daily operations of the Accounts Receivable and Collections team. This role will initially report to the Dir. Accounts Payable with a dotted line to Manager, Accounts Payable.
