Veritiv Corp in Mexico (Tijuana) seeks an Accounts Receivable Supervisor to lead the AR/Collections team, overseeing invoice processing and issue resolution, with collaboration across Procurement, Treasury, Tax, and IT.

The role reports to Dir. Accounts Payable with a dotted line to Manager, Accounts Payable and involves supervising a team of up to 10+ including Clerks, Analysts, and Team Leads in a dynamic shared services environment.

Formación

• Experience supervising AR/Collections team.
• Proven ability to process invoices and resolve issues.
• Strong collaboration with procurement, treasury and finance.

Job Summary and Scope

The Accounts Receivable Supervisor is accountable for leading and supervising the daily operations of the Accounts Receivable and Collections team. This role will initially report to the Dir. Accounts Payable with a dotted line to Manager, Accounts Payable.

Job Responsibilities

Supports AP operations and shared services for legacy OPS business units and ERPs with direction from Supervises a team of up to 10+ including Clerks, Analysts, Team Leads Responsibilities include invoice processing, issues resolution, vendor support, vendor master, disbursements Partners with Procurement, Treasury, Tax, Finance, IT Internal Audit and business stakeholders Fluent in Spanish/English #Mexico
