Job summary

Pacific International Lines (PIL) is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable (AR) Supervisor for our Finance team in Mexico City. The role leads receivables, collections, billing controls, and customer account management to ensure timely cash collection and healthy customer accounts.

Responsibilities include supervising the AR team, monitoring aging, improving DSO, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years in AR, credit control, collections, or finance ops.
• Experience leading or supervising teams.
• ERP experience with Oracle or SAP.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilities.
• Excellent English communication and stakeholder management.
