Veritiv Corp in Mexico (Tijuana) seeks an Accounts Receivable Supervisor to lead the AR/Collections team, overseeing invoice processing and issue resolution, with collaboration across Procurement, Treasury, Tax, and IT.

The role reports to Dir. Accounts Payable with a dotted line to Manager, Accounts Payable and involves supervising a team of up to 10+ including Clerks, Analysts, and Team Leads in a dynamic shared services environment.

Formación

• Experience supervising AR/Collections team.
• Proven ability to process invoices and resolve issues.
• Strong collaboration with procurement, treasury and finance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily AR/Collections operations and team performance.
• Oversee invoice processing, vendor master data, and disbursements.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to optimize processes.
