Veritiv México is seeking an Accounts Receivable Supervisor in Baja California, overseeing the AR and Collections team and reporting to the Dir. Accounts Payable with a dotted line to Manager, Accounts Payable.

The role requires supervising up to 10+ staff, handling invoice processing, issues resolution, and vendor support. Fluency in Spanish and English is required to coordinate with internal stakeholders across functions in a dynamic environment.

• Experience leading accounts receivable/collections teams.
• Strong communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

• Invoicing processing and issues resolution.
• Vendor support and maintenance of vendor master data.
• Disbursement processing and cash application.
• Lead and supervise a team of up to 10+ staff including clerks and analysts.
• Partner with Procurement, Treasury, Tax, Finance and IT Internal Audit.

Job Summary And Scope

The Accounts Receivable Supervisor is accountable for leading and supervising the daily operations of the Accounts Receivable and Collections team. This role will initially report to the Dir. Accounts Payable with a dotted line to Manager, Accounts Payable.

Job Responsibilities

• Supports AP operations and shared services for legacy OPS business units and ERPs with direction from
• Supervises a team of up to 10+ including Clerks, Analysts, Team Leads
• Responsibilities include invoice processing, issues resolution, vendor support, vendor master, disbursements
• Partners with Procurement, Treasury, Tax, Finance, IT Internal Audit and business stakeholders
• Fluent in Spanish/English
