Qualifications
- Five to eight years of overall business experience with 3–4 years leading projects or change initiatives.
- Certification such as PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or equivalent preferred.
- Experience with Agile, hybrid, and traditional project management methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic projects across the full lifecycle from initiation to close-out.
- Define objectives, scope, and success measures with governance structures.
- Facilitate discovery sessions, requirements gathering, and process mapping.
- Monitor risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests with escalation options.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, senior leaders, vendors, and external stakeholders.
- Prepare executive-level updates, risk assessments, and options analyses.
- Coach stakeholders on delivery practices and governance improvements.
