RS in Monterrey is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead strategic technology and business transformation initiatives driving operational excellence and organizational growth.

You will manage projects from initiation to completion, aligning with objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality. The role requires leading cross-functional teams, stakeholder engagement, and delivering complex programs in dynamic corporate environments.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management certification preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in technology-driven environments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead technology and business transformation projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, resources and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure alignment with business goals across scope, time, cost and quality.
• Communicate status, risks, and recommendations to leadership.
• Oversee vendor relationships and coordinate with external partners.
• Support change management and adoption of project outcomes.

Educación

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
