Lever, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Project Manager based in Mexico for a fully remote role overseeing software project delivery from planning through release.
You'll coordinate developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders to keep projects on schedule, manage scope and risks, and ensure on-time delivery in agile environments. The ideal candidate has 4+ years of project management experience and strong communication skills.
Formación
- 4+ years of professional project management experience.
- Proven track record delivering software projects from planning to release.
- Experience creating and maintaining delivery plans and tracking progress.
- Experience collaborating with developers, QA, and business stakeholders.
Responsabilidades
- Own software projects end to end from planning through release.
- Develop and maintain detailed delivery plans with tasks, owners, milestones, and deadlines.
- Monitor progress, identify delays or risks, and drive recovery actions.
- Collaborate with developers and QA to resolve blockers and maintain momentum.
- Clarify requirements with stakeholders and translate into actionable tasks.
- Manage scope and change requests and communicate impact on timelines.
- Plan and coordinate software releases with readiness checks and QA alignment.
- Provide timely updates on status, risks, decisions, dependencies, and delivery progress.
- Coordinate across technical and business teams to keep priorities aligned.
