Lever, Inc. is seeking a Head of Procurement based in Mexico to build and scale a global procurement function for a fast-growing international business. You will own strategy, supplier relationships, and negotiations across 200+ destinations, directly influencing profitability and service continuity.

You will lead cross-functional work with finance, product, and operations, establishing governance, metrics, and scalable processes to support growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of procurement leadership experience in fast-growing environments.
• Experience building procurement functions, frameworks and policies from the ground up.
• Strong expertise in international contract negotiations for complex services.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead global procurement strategy for rapid international expansion.
• Negotiate with telecom and connectivity partners for favorable terms and pricing.
