PwC Acceleration Center Mexico is seeking a Strategy Generalist at Senior Associate level to analyze client needs and design customer-centric solutions that boost experience and growth. You will mentor teams, lead projects, and collaborate across advisory, assurance, tax and services to deliver value with integrity and innovation.

You will develop customer journey maps, manage budgets, and ensure timely delivery while upholding firm standards and independence requirements.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 3 years of experience.
• Fluency in English (oral and written) required.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze client needs to develop customer-centric solutions.
• Design customer journey maps to improve satisfaction and loyalty.
• Lead projects with planning, budgeting, execution and completion.
• Mentor team members to develop skills.
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure quality and timeliness.
• Engage with clients to address conflicts and ensure standards.
• Utilize customer data management and CRM tools.
• Support service-excellence initiatives within the firm.
• Drive opportunities for business process improvements.
