PwC México Acceleration Center is seeking a Strategy Generalist - Manager to help shape customer experience across a diverse client portfolio. You will analyze client touchpoints, design customer journey maps, and guide teams to deliver seamless, personalized experiences that drive satisfaction and advocacy.

In this role, you will lead strategic planning, mentor junior staff, manage client accounts, and uphold our standards.

Formación

Bachelor's degree required.
At least 5 years of experience.
Oral and written proficiency in English required.
