PwC Acceleration Center Mexico is seeking a Strategy Generalist at Senior Associate level to analyze client needs and design customer-centric solutions that boost experience and growth. You will mentor teams, lead projects, and collaborate across advisory, assurance, tax and services to deliver value with integrity and innovation.

You will develop customer journey maps, manage budgets, and ensure timely delivery while upholding firm standards and independence requirements.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 3 years of experience.
• Fluency in English (oral and written) required.

As a Strategy Generalist - Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to analyze their needs and develop customer‑centric solutions that enhance their customer experience and drive business growth. Within our Commercial & Service Excellence practice, you will focus on creating seamless and personalized experiences that foster customer satisfaction and loyalty. You will be responsible for analyzing customer touchpoints and designing customer journey maps to support clients in achieving their strategic objectives.

As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your growing knowledge of business operations to identify opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm. You will motivate and inspire team members, coaching them to deliver quality work and manage performance to meet client expectations. You are expected to lead with integrity, articulating our purpose and values meaningfully. Embracing technology and innovation, you will enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Mexico, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will also mentor others, using the review of work as an opportunity to deepen the skills of team members.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing client needs to develop customer‑centric solutions that enhance customer experience and drive business growth
• Designing customer journey maps to create seamless and personalized experiences that increase customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Leading projects by planning, budgeting, executing, and completing them successfully
• Collaborating with team leadership to maintain collective ownership of quality, timelines, and deliverables
• Mentoring team members to deepen their skills and encourage development beyond comfort zones
• Addressing conflicts or issues by engaging in difficult conversations with clients and stakeholders
• Upholding professional and technical standards, including adherence to the firm’s code of conduct and independence requirements
• Utilizing customer data management and customer relationship management tools to improve customer engagement and retention
• Conducting customer journey analysis to identify opportunities for business process improvement and customer value proposition enhancement

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor’s degree
• At least 3 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer Engineering, Information CyberSecurity, Computer and Information Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Computer Applications
