PwC Acceleration Center Mexico is seeking a Strategy Generalist - Manager to help shape our diverse client portfolio. You will analyze customer touchpoints, design journey maps, and guide teams to deliver personalized customer experiences that drive satisfaction and advocacy.

You will lead client accounts, mentor staff, and uphold firm standards with integrity and innovation. In this role you will work within the Commercial & Service Excellence practice, focusing on customer-centric strategies

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of experience required.
• Proficiency in English (oral and written) required.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze client needs to develop customer-centric solutions.
• Design customer journey maps to improve satisfaction and loyalty.
• Lead teams in strategic planning and execution of customer initiatives.
• Utilize customer data management and segmentation to optimize engagement.
