PwC Acceleration Center Mexico is seeking a Strategy Generalist - Senior Associate to analyze client needs and shape customer-centric solutions that grow revenue and enhance experience across geographies. You will design customer journey maps and guide clients toward strategic objectives.

You will mentor colleagues, manage complex projects, and collaborate with partners to ensure timely, high‑quality deliverables while upholding the firm's standards and independence requirements.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience.
• Oral and written proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Analyzing client needs to develop customer‑centric solutions that enhance customer experience and drive business growth
• Designing customer journey maps to create seamless and personalized experiences that increase customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Leading projects by planning, budgeting, executing, and completing tasks to meet client expectations
• Mentoring team members to develop their skills and encourage growth beyond their comfort zones
• Utilizing customer data management and customer relationship management tools to improve client engagement and retention
• Conducting customer journey analysis to identify opportunities for business process improvement
• Developing and implementing customer experience strategies that align with client objectives
• Engaging in difficult conversations with clients and stakeholders to address conflicts and issues effectively
• Upholding professional and technical standards, including adherence to the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements
• Encouraging the adoption of innovative technologies and practices to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction
