PwC México is seeking a Strategy Generalist - Senior Associate to analyze client needs and craft customer-centric solutions that drive growth. You will map customer journeys to deliver seamless experiences and collaborate with advisory, assurance, tax, and business services teams.

You will mentor colleagues, lead project delivery, and uphold our standards and values while leveraging technology and innovation to enhance service excellence.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience.
• Fluent English (oral and written) required.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze client needs to develop customer-centric solutions that improve experience and growth.
• Design customer journey maps to create seamless, personalized experiences and loyalty.
• Lead projects with planning, budgeting, execution and successful completion.
• Collaborate with team leadership to maintain quality, timelines and deliverables.
• Mentor team members to deepen skills and foster development.
• Address conflicts or issues by engaging with clients and stakeholders.
• Uphold professional standards and independence requirements.
• Utilize customer data management and CRM tools to improve engagement and retention.
• Conduct customer journey analysis to identify process improvements and value opportunities.
