PwC Acceleration Center Mexico is seeking a Strategy Generalist - Associate to analyze client needs and develop customer-centric solutions that enhance experience and drive growth. You will work across Advisory, Assurance, Tax and Business Services—solving real client challenges through connected collaboration.

In this role, you will design customer journeys, analyze touchpoints, and offer guidance to help clients create seamless and personalized experiences that drive satisfaction and advocacy.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in strategy, corporate strategy, business analysis, or transformation roles.
• Proficiency in Power Point and Excel; familiarity with analytics tools: Power BI, Tableau, SQL.

Responsabilidades

• Analyzing client needs to develop customer-centric solutions that enhance customer experience and drive business growth.
• Designing customer journey maps to create seamless and personalized experiences that increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Supporting client engagements by applying customer experience strategies and initiatives.
• Gathering information from diverse sources to analyze facts and discern patterns in customer behavior.
• Applying business process improvement techniques to optimize customer service management.
• Managing customer data to improve engagement and retention strategies.
• Utilizing customer segmentation and trend analysis to inform strategic decisions.
• Collaborating with team members to deliver quality work in a fast-paced environment.
• Taking ownership of tasks and consistently delivering value for clients.
• Building commercial awareness and understanding how the business operates.
• Upholding professional and technical standards, including PwC's code of conduct and independence requirements.
