Monks is seeking a Creative Strategist in Mexico City to develop and execute innovative, integrated brand strategies across campaigns, social platforms and digital actions. You will blend culture, technology and business insights to drive real-time brand expressions that scale with AI-support tools.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead ideation sessions, track KPIs and translate client challenges into actionable briefs.

Qualifications

5-7 years of experience in strategy, digital marketing, brand content or consulting.
Active use of AI tools in current work and willingness to experiment with new tools.
Confident presenter able to communicate complex ideas persuasively to clients and internal teams.
Strong familiarity with social platforms and their cultural operation.

Responsabilités

Develop and execute integrated strategies across brand systems, campaigns, social platforms and digital actions that align with client business goals and drive measurable results.
Stay fluent in culture, technology, entertainment and industry trends, translating into executable concepts, platforms and solutions.
Serve as a strategic partner for clients: understand business challenges, audiences and data, and bring recommendations.
Having a strong POV and translating client needs into actions for creative teams.
Write internal briefs translating client needs into actionable work, using AI to expand research and audience capabilities.
Lead ideation sessions with the creative team and clients.
Track KPIs and performance data to optimize live campaigns and surface opportunities.
