seeks a proactive HR leader to drive Organizational Development, Technical Training, and Employee Engagement across all levels. The role includes supervising the Training Technician Lead and coordinating with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and EHS to meet competency needs. The position reports to the HR Supervisor and supports leadership development, culture initiatives, and people wellbeing, with a focus on NOM-035 exposure and bilingual

Formación

• 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing/maquiladora environment.
• Experience with Organizational Development, Training, Employee Engagement and NOM-035.
• Preferred: experience managing training teams, leadership development, HR digitalization and bilingual communication.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the annual training strategy and training plan.
• Coordinate technical and organizational training activities.
• Supervise Training Technician Lead and provide direction to Training Technicians.
• Coordinate with Operations, Engineering, Quality, EHS and others to identify competency needs.
• Develop organizational development initiatives for all employee levels.
