Daikin in Baja California, Mexico, seeks an Organizational Development Specialist to enhance performance through targeted development strategies, needs assessments, and structured change management initiatives.

You will design and deliver training, coach managers, and collaborate with HR to build talent pipelines and organizational capability, leveraging experience with TRESS, Workday, and knowledge of STPS requirements.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of Organizational Development experience in manufacturing environments.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, project management, and change-management skills.
• Experience with Training Needs Assessments, learning sessions, and career development planning.
• Familiarity with Mexican training regulations and STPS requirements, including SIRCE.
• Experience with TRESS and Workday systems.

As an Organizational Development Specialist, your main task is to help businesses and organizations improve their overall performance by implementing effective development strategies. Your role involves analyzing the current organizational structure to identify areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance employee skills, productivity and efficiency.

• Conducting needs assessments to identify areas for improvement
• Developing strategies and action plans to address identified issues
• Facilitating training and development sessions for employees to improve skills and knowledge
• Providing guidance and advice to managers and leaders on organizational performance issues
• Developing and implementing change management plans to support organizational change
• Conducting evaluations to measure the effectiveness of development programs and initiatives
• Collaborating with HR, leadership and other departments to promote positive organizational culture and talent development

1. Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. 3+ years of Organizational Development experience, preferably within the maquiladora/manufacturing industry.
3. Strong communication, interpersonal, project management, and change management skills.
4. Experience designing and implementing organizational development, training, and employee development programs.
5. Experience conducting Training Needs Assessments and facilitating learning sessions and courses.
6. Experience developing career paths and development plans for direct, indirect, and administrative employees.
7. Experience conducting Organizational Health Surveys and Performance Evaluations.
8. Knowledge of Mexican training regulations and STPS requirements, including SIRCE administration.
9. Experience with TRESS and Workday systems.
