Job summary

Hubell in Ciudad Juarez seeks a Learning and Training Supervisor to lead the HR training and development team and align programs with organizational strategy. You will oversee design, implementation, and evaluation of training to boost workforce capability, productivity, and compliance.

In this role, you’ll manage budgets, vendor contracts, and audits (ISO/STPS), and present outcomes to senior leadership. You will also drive succession planning and leadership development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• 5+ years HR experience with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Strong people management and coaching skills.
• Advanced knowledge of HR systems (TRESS, SAP) and e-learning platforms.
• Budget management and strategic planning expertise.
• High proficiency in data analysis and reporting (Excel, Power BI desirable).
• Facilitation and presentation skills.
