Requirements

• Master's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in corporate training, learning and development, or instructional design, with at least 3 years in a management role.
• Proven expertise in designing and delivering effective training programs for a corporate audience.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and performance improvement strategies.
• Experience with various training delivery methods, including classroom, virtual, and blended learning.
• Excellent project management, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning development tools is a plus.
• Experience in talent management and succession planning is desirable.
• Demonstrated understanding of the industrial and business environment in the State of Mexico .
