OPmobility seeks an experienced HR Business Partner to act as the primary HR partner for administrative staff and managers across the organization. You will lead talent management processes, coach leaders, and drive workforce planning to strengthen organizational capabilities.

You will collaborate with regional teams, support onboarding and employee lifecycle events, and advance a high-performance culture with a focus on compliance and employee development.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, psychology, organizational development, or related field.
• Experience in talent management and HR processes for manufacturing or automotive environments.
• Advanced Business English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Experience with Talent Management processes including Performance and Development Reviews, Talent Planning and Succession Planning, Talent Calibration, Leadership Development, Workforce Planning.
• Experience advising on Labor Relations and Employee Relations matters.
• Strong knowledge of Mexican labor law, HR policies, employment regulations, and compliance.
• Ability to influence, coach, and build relationships with leaders at multiple levels.
• Strong analytical, communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with HRIS platforms, talent management systems, and MS Office (especially Excel).

Responsabilidades

• Act as primary HR partner for administrative staff and managers.
• Lead talent management processes including performance reviews and succession planning.
• Partner with leaders to identify talent needs and develop high-potential employees.
• Guide managers on performance management, development, and retention strategies.
• Support onboarding, internal mobility, promotions, transfers, and offboarding.
• Manage complex employee relations and labor relations matters with minimal risk.
• Analyze talent data and provide HR metrics to inform decisions.
• Maintain confidential employee records and HR systems data.
• Collaborate with regional teams to implement talent strategies.
• Support employee engagement and learning programs to foster high performance.
• Lead continuous improvement of HR processes to enhance employee experience.
