Park Place Technologies seeks an HR Business Partner I to partner with leaders and employees across the organization, delivering strategic and operational HR support through the employee lifecycle.

The role covers employee relations, performance management, engagement, retention, development, and organizational effectiveness, balancing business needs with employee experience in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 5-7+ years of relevant HR experience in employee relations, performance management, talent development, or organizational effectiveness.
• Ability to function independently as an HR partner and support leaders at all levels.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to align HR guidance with business priorities.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data and trends.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic and day-to-day HR support across the employee lifecycle.
• Serve as trusted advisor on employee relations, performance management, engagement, retention, and development.
• Manage complex employee relations issues end to end, including investigations and coaching.
• Influence leadership decisions balancing employee experience with business needs.
• Coach leaders on policies, change management, and communications.
• Support HR processes like goal setting, performance reviews, succession, and engagement initiatives.
• Lead HR initiatives and program rollouts for assigned client groups.
