Molex is transforming its HR team and seeks a talented individual to join our team. You will apply Principle Based Management™ to attract, develop and retain a diverse group of employees who share our PBM values and create long-term value.

The role partners with manufacturing site leaders to advance the company’s people strategies, support succession planning and employee development, and ensure compliance with employment laws while driving performance and retention across the business.

Formación

• +8 years related experience in Human Resources.
• Experience in managing Employee Relations situations.
• Motivated to contribute and be partnership-oriented.
• Demonstrated ability to economically solve problems.

Responsabilidades

• Accelerate our company culture through application of Principle Based Management™ in leadership coaching and decision-making processes.
• Demonstrate courage to proactively recognize and challenge teams when ideas and/or strategies may not align with cultural expectations and/or the business vision.
• Support leaders in connecting employees to how they contribute to the company goals and success; help leaders identify talent gaps and support them through coaching initiatives.
• Advance implementation of our compensation philosophy through support of supervisors.
• Understand key drivers of business performance, how talent and culture contribute to those drivers and partner with business leaders to advance the business vision.
• Develop effective working relationships, trust and credibility with business and HR stakeholders
• Align HR strategies to site business goals and have the ability to track and monitor progress relative to those strategies. Provide support for succession planning, employee retention and employee development.
• Responsible for ensuring business decisions are compliant with all employment laws and regulations. Partner with compliance and legal resources as necessary.
