You will act as a trusted Talent Advisor, shaping sourcing strategies, enhancing candidate experience, and delivering analytics-driven hiring solutions to senior, specialized roles.

The role emphasizes stakeholder management, recruitment technology, and capability building to drive hiring excellence across the organization.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of Talent Acquisition experience in the US market or multinational environments.
• Proven track record recruiting for senior, specialized, and business-critical roles across US & Canada.
• Experience supporting multiple markets, regions, or business units.
• Experience operating as a Talent Advisor within a multinational environment.
• Strong experience with recruitment analytics, ATS platforms, and workforce market intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple business units, countries, or functions across the US & Canada.
• Facilitate intake meetings to align recruitment strategies with business objectives.
• Guide stakeholders through assessment, selection, and hiring decisions.
• Manage offer negotiations for complex and strategic positions.
• Serve as a trusted Talent Advisor to Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, and senior leaders.
• Challenge hiring assumptions using market data and competitive intelligence.
• Recommend alternative recruitment strategies based on talent availability and workforce trends.
