Takeda is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to support the Global Capability Center (GCC) in Mexico and regional hiring initiatives. You will lead the full recruitment lifecycle for a diverse portfolio, delivering exceptional candidate and stakeholder experiences while leveraging market intelligence and data-driven insights to attract top talent.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced, complex organization.
• Business-proficient English with Spanish required.
• Ability to independently manage multiple requisitions and priorities.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and TA technologies.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end recruitment activities for a diverse portfolio.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify diverse talent pools.
• Partner with hiring managers, HRBP, and leaders to understand workforce needs.
• Advise on talent market conditions and recruitment best practices.
• Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience throughout the process.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, policies, and processes.
• Maintain accurate data and documentation within the ATS.
• Participate in talent acquisition projects and employer branding initiatives.
