Qualifications

• Experience supporting SAP-based financial applications.
• Strong English communication, written and verbal.
• 2+ years in a customer support role, focus on financial apps.
• 1+ years as SAP End User (AA, AP, AR or GL) preferred.
• Knowledge of SAP financial transactions and posting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with customers to determine functional requirements and technical SAP solutions.
• Analyze SAP data to support projects, business cases, and system needs.
• Collaborate with customers and technical staff to resolve SAP issues.
• Test, implement, document, and maintain SAP-based applications.
• Document issues and resolution steps; handle incoming support inquiries.
