Eaton Corporation’s Corporate Sector division is seeking an IT Business Analyst with ServiceNow expertise in Querétaro, Mexico. You will translate business needs into epics and user stories, collaborate with the Product Owner, and guide the backlog to align with the product roadmap.

You’ll act as a liaison between business and engineering, ensuring clear acceptance criteria and effective solutions. The role emphasizes process improvement, data analysis, and working across stakeholders to deliver

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis on moderate to highly complex technology projects.
• 3+ years of experience working with ServiceNow.
• Ability to invent processes or systems to implement changes.
• Understanding of data models and how to deliver insights.
• Experience writing reports and presenting findings.
• Knowledge of testing software tools.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow modules ITSM, ITAM, ITOM.
• Deep understanding of processes, flows, inputs/outputs.

Responsabilidades

• Translate business needs into epics and user stories for the backlog.
