Eaton IT organization in Querétaro is seeking an IT Business Analyst & Process Owner for ServiceNow. You will refine epics and user stories with the Product Owner, help prioritize backlog, and ensure requirements drive the product roadmap.

As Process Owner you will document processes, train users, measure health with metrics, and collaborate with stakeholders to improve efficiency. Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules and bilingual capabilities are required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related (Must)
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or a related field working on moderate to highly complex technology projects and programs.
• 3+ years of experience working with ServiceNow
• Understanding of the ServiceNow Platform, including the modules: IT Service Management, IT Asset Management, IT Operations Management.
• Fully bilingual

Responsabilidades

• Gain a deep understanding of the business outcomes and articulate them to the IT team.
• Support the Product Owner team in decomposition of epics into features and user stories
• Support the Product Owner team in prioritization of the product backlog
• Support estimation of epics, features, technical enablers, and user stories
• Ensure the readiness of user stories with clear definitions of ready criteria (DoR)
• Act as liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team ensuring user story completeness
