• 5+ years of experience in IT and ServiceNow business process analysis and optimization.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and solution design principles.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and facilitate client workshops to define processes.
• Develop documentation for Agile and Waterfall engagements.
• Act as a bridge between business and technical teams.
